RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
At Sai Traditionals, all our products are handmade by artisans using traditional methods minor size, shape, weight, and finish variations are common among handmade products
Before using any Sai Traditionals product, we kindly urge you to thoroughly read the accompanying instruction leaflet. Failure to follow recommended precautions or care instructions, especially during the initial 10-15 uses for certain items, may render your product ineligible for replacement or refund.
Prior to making a purchase, please review the product details meticulously. Certain fragile items such as cast iron, soapstone, tin and clay ware, as well as are designated as non-returnable and are clearly indicated as such on the product page. Please take note of these restrictions when placing your order, as requests for the return of non-returnable products will not be entertained.
Returns or replacements are applicable only if the product is damaged during the transit.
To initiate a return or replacement, kindly follow these steps:
1. Submit the return & replacement form [here] (link to form) or email us at saitraditionals@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Attach a clear picture of the damaged item along with a complete unboxing video in your email.
2. In the subject line of your email, include your order number.
3. Clearly state whether you prefer a refund, an exchange, or a credit coupon for the product.
4. Specify the reason for your return (e.g., handle cracked).
Please be aware that we do not facilitate exchanges for clay, or Soapstone products for different sizes, as the return process often results in damage to these delicate items. We will only process replacements or refunds if the product is damaged during transit.
We aim to respond to your complaint within 3-4 working days. The authorization for return will be granted after our quality team confirms the validity of your request, as this determination lies within their sole discretion.
Failure to initiate a returns claim using the provided form or through email within the prescribed time frame will render you ineligible for a return.
We strive to process refunds or exchanges within approximately 10-12 working days after receiving the returned item and conducting necessary quality checks.
A pickup for the damaged product will be arranged by Sai Traditionals.
Upon authorization of the return of a damaged product, Sai Traditionals will offer a full refund, exchange the damaged product for a new one, or provide a credit coupon for future purchases.
Please note that for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.
Please be aware that both onward and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Our shipping costs may not match the initial charge due to subsidies provided to our customers. You have the option to choose either a refund or a credit coupon for future purchases, which should be specified in your email.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds can only be issued in the form of store credits.
